You dont have to add the red coloring in these but for the holidays I thought it looked pretty 🙂

Cherry Kiss Cookies!
Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
- Red gel food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 10 oz jar maraschino cherries no juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Hershey's kisses unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a mixer to beat your butter until creamy and slowly mix in your powdered sugar.
- Mix in the cherry juice, red food coloring, and vanilla.
- Then mix in your flour 1/2 cup at a time.
- Fold in cherries.
- Fork dough into 1" balls and roll them into the granulated sugar.
- Bake 12-15 and immediately press a kiss into the middle of each cookie when they come out of the oven.
- ENJOY!
