Cuban Peach Cocktail
Ingredients
Serves: 1 8-10 oz glass
- 1 slice fresh peach
- 11/2 oz white rum
- 1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Cherries peach wedge, and mint for garnish.
Instructions
- Muddle the peach slice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the rum, peach schnapps, lime juice and simple syrup.
- Shake to combine.
- Pour over Ice.
- Garnish
