Combine the chicken soup, milk and sour cream together and stir well.
Pour a little in the bottom of the crock pot, enough to lightly cover the bottom.
Lay the chicken breasts over the soup, then pour the remaining soup over the chicken breasts.
Lay the ham over the chicken and spread the cheese over the ham.
Combine the stuffing and the melted butter, then sprinkle over the cheese.
Place the lid on the crockpot and set on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
