Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

For Parmesan Herb Butter Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide dough into 12 small portions and roll into breadstick shapes.
  • Place breadsticks evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Brush butter mixture over the breadsticks and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
