Air Fryer Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

Seasoning mix

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon rotisserie chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Red Top Adobo seasoning

Instructions

  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and all the seasonings until the mixture is well combined.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick and promote browning during cooking.
  • Using a brush or spoon, evenly cover each piece of chicken with the seasoning mixture, making sure all sides are well coated.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 190°C / 375°F and cook for 7 minutes. Flip each piece, then cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown on the outside and fully cooked in the center.
