Blue Christmas Cocktail
Blue Christmas Cocktail is a refreshing and fruity rum drink that is made with white rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and more. Sip on this refreshing sweet cocktail for your holiday parties. A winter themed mixed cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup Blue Curacao
- ½ cup coconut milk or cream of coconut
- ½ cup white rum
- Ice for serving
- Optional* honey or light corn syrup and shredded coconut for rimming glasses
Instructions
- Rim the glasses with some honey or corn syrup, and then roll the rim in coconut flakes. Then set to the side. This is an optional step.
- Next add all the drink ingredients in a cocktail shaker, and shake vigourously.
- Pour the mixture over ice in two glasses and enjoy.
