Servings 6 servings
4 Persian limes (or regular limes) washed and patted dry 6 cups ice water 1 cup granulated sugar 6 Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Wash the limes, and then rinse and pat them dry. This removes excess wax.
Slice the ends off each lime, and then slice into 1/8ths.
Place half of the ice water, half the sugar, and half the limes in the blender. Pulse for about 7-10 times. Then pour through a fine mesh strainer.
Press the mixture in the strainer to remove any more juices.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients in the blender. Then strain.
Once you have your liquid in container, stir in the sweetened condesned milk.
Serve in glasses with ice, and devour.
