Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roast the garlic by taking a piece of foil and adding the cloves and coat with olive oil. Wrap the cloves up and place in an air fryer or over for 12-15 minutes. Once the garlic has some color to it, take a fork or knife and mash/chop it up. *Optional step, but I would not skip it.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, fresh parsley, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the roasted garlic.
Generously spread the prepared garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of both bread halves.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheeses evenly over both halves of the bread. Be sure to cover the bread evenly with the cheese mixture.
Place the baking sheet with the prepared garlic cheese bread in the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
Remove the garlic cheese bread from the oven and sprinkle with the chopped fresh parsley.
Slice the garlic cheese bread into individual portions and serve it while it's hot and gooey.
