Preheat oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a mixer to beat your butter until creamy and slowly mix in your powdered sugar.
Mix in the cherry juice, red food coloring, and vanilla.
Then mix in your flour 1/2 cup at a time.
Fold in cherries.
Fork dough into 1" balls and roll them into the granulated sugar.
Bake 12-15 and immediately press a kiss into the middle of each cookie when they come out of the oven.
