Cherry Kiss Cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice
  • Red gel food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 10 oz jar maraschino cherries no juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Hershey's kisses unwrapped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Use a mixer to beat your butter until creamy and slowly mix in your powdered sugar.
  • Mix in the cherry juice, red food coloring, and vanilla.
  • Then mix in your flour 1/2 cup at a time.
  • Fold in cherries.
  • Fork dough into 1" balls and roll them into the granulated sugar.
  • Bake 12-15 and immediately press a kiss into the middle of each cookie when they come out of the oven.
