Ingredients
For the crust
36regular Oreo cookies
6tbspmelted butter
First layer
8ozcream cheeseat room temperature
2tbspheavy cream
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupconfectioners sugar
8ozcool whip

7.8ozinstant chocolate pudding2 boxes
3cupscold milk

Instructions
Place the oreo’s on a food processor and crush the oreos into fine crumbs.
Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and add the melted butter, mix them until well combined.
Press the oreo crumb mixture on the bottom of a 9X13 dish and place it on the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl whip the cream cheese on a medium speed using a hand blender. Add the heavy cream, vanilla and sugar, mix until well combined. Fold the cool whip gently to combine.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the oreo crust layer and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
In a medium bowl; combine instant chocolate pudding and cold milk. Using a hand blender, beat on a low speed until the pudding thickens.
Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer evenly. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
Once the pudding layer is set, spread the cool whip gently. On top sprinkle the crushed oreos and chocolate curls/shavings. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the layers to set and slice them to equal squares before serving.
