Ingredients

  • 10 vanilla little debbie christmas tree cakes
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz almond bark or white chocolate candy melts
  • Red food coloring
  • Green sanding sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Crumble the christmas tree cakes into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the softened cream cheese, and use a hand mixer to beat until combined and a dough mixture forms.
  • Use a small cookie scoop to create tablespoon sized balls. Roll into smooth balls with your hands and place on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes or until the harden. You can roll between your palms again to make them smoother after they harden.
  • Place the white chocolate in a bowl and heat, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
  • Use a fork to dip each cake ball into the white chocolate and tap off any excess chocolate. Place back onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • For the drizzle, add red food dye to the extra melted chocolate. Add a couple drops at a time until the desired color is reached. Use a fork or piping bag to drizzle over the truffles. Top with green sanding sugar.
