In a large pot on high, heat your coffee, water, and sugar stove top until your coffee and sugar dissolve (about 5 minutes)
Take your pot off hear and let cool for about 30 minutes (you can add 1 cup of ice to make it cool quicker)
Transfer your coffee to a large punch bowl
Pour in your gallon of milk and coffee creamer
Now scoop in your quart of ice cream
Serve right away, or keep in the fridge until needed
