3 cups shredded chicken 1/3 cup celery chopped ¼ cup red onion chopped 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans 1/3 cup dried cranberries 2/3 cup sour cream 2/3 cups mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon vinegar 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/8 teaspoon celery seed Half a lemon juiced
In a large bowl combine the chicken, celery, onion, pecans and cranberries.
In a small bowl whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, garlic salt, celery seed and lemon juice.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour at least.
Serve!
