Crockpot Homemade BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 18 oz bottle BBQ sauce divided (used Sweet Baby Rays)
  • 1 lb ground beef used 93/7
  • ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Optional* chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix ⅓ cup BBQ sauce and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl until combined.
  • Pour remaining BBQ sauce into the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
  • Shape 18-24 meatballs and place into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Coverand cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 2-3 hours until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160F.
  • Serve immediately or keep on warm until ready to serve, enjoy!
