1 18 oz bottle BBQ sauce divided (used Sweet Baby Rays) 1 lb ground beef used 93/7 ½ cup plain breadcrumbs ¼ cup diced yellow onion 1 large egg beaten 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon smoked paprika ½ teaspoon kosher salt ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper Optional* chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Mix ⅓ cup BBQ sauce and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl until combined.
Pour remaining BBQ sauce into the bottom of a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.
Shape 18-24 meatballs and place into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Coverand cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 2-3 hours until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160F.
Serve immediately or keep on warm until ready to serve, enjoy!
