4bone-in pork chops
1tablespoonolive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
½teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoongarlic powder
10.5ozcondensed cream of mushroom soup
10.5ozcondensed cream of chicken soup
¾cupbeef broth
2cupswhite button mushroomssliced
1medium yellow onionthinly sliced
Instructions
In a large cooking pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Season your pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Sear the pork chops on both sides (about 2-3 minutes on each side).
Remove the pork, add soup and broth to the pan and whisk well, scraping up any brown bits on the bottom.
Place the mushrooms and onions in the bottom of the crock pot. Top with pork and pour the soup mixture over the top.
