Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen homestyle meatballs
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce optional for depth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 green onions sliced thin, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add frozen meatballs to the bowl of a slow cooker.
  • Pour sweet chili sauce and ketchup over the meatballs. Add soy sauce if using.
  • Stir to coat meatballs evenly in sauce.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5–6 hours, stirring halfway through.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
