Ingredients
1cupmayonnaise
3tablespoonsfinely minced onion
2tablespoonssweet pickle relish
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
2teaspoonsfresh parsleyminced
2teaspoonsfresh dillminced

Instructions
Place ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. For more acidity and a more tart flavor, add a little more lemon juice. For a bit more sweetness, add a little extra sweet pickle relish. If the flavors are too strong, whisk in a little more mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to desired taste.
