Four Cheese Keto Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded four cheese blend divided
  • 1 oz. 2 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Combine 1 1/2 cups four cheese blend and cream cheese in a medium bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
  • Remove from the microwave and add in almond flour, coconut flour, Italian seasoning, and the egg.
  • Mix with a silicone spatula until a sticky dough forms.
  • Let dough sit for about 5 minutes to cool.
  • Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll until dough is about 1/4 inch thick. Remove top layer of parchment paper and transfer rolled dough with the bottom layer of parchment to a large baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup four cheese blend over the dough, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges.
  • Bake for about 6 minutes and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes and garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese before serving.
