Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops bone in or out 250 gram / 8.8 ounce per person
  • Sea Salt and Black pepper
  • 8 garlic peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or apple vinegar

Garnish

  • Parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F / 205 C. Allow pork chops to sit at room temperature before cooking.
  • Wash and pat dry chops. Place in a baking dish, large enough for the chops. Season chops with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, butter, honey and lemon juice. Pour on chops. Cover with foil and let marinate for 30 minutes. If you don’t have time, massage the chops with your hands for 5 minutes.
  • Place in the oven and let cook for 40 minutes. Baste halftime way through with pan juices.
  • Serve with roasted potato or mashed potato.
