Jolly Rancher Jello Shots!

Ingredients

Yields: 4 dozen

  • 48 2 oz plastic soufflé cups with lids
  • 1 3 oz box Jolly Rancher watermelon flavored gelatin
  • 1 3 oz box Jolly Rancher green apple flavored gelatin
  • 1 3 oz box Jolly Rancher blue raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 3 oz box orange flavored JELL-O gelatin
  • 1 3 oz box lemon flavored JELL-O gelatin
  • 1 3 oz box grape flavored JELL-O gelatin
  • 6 cups boiling water divided
  • 1 cup Apple Pucker schnapps - chilled
  • 1 cup Watermelon Pucker schnapps - chilled
  • 4 cups vodka - chilled

Instructions

  • Place the plastic soufflé cups on a large cookie sheet and set aside.
  • To make the watermelon jello, add the gelatin packet to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Pour 1 cup boiling water on top and whisk until dissolved.
  • Stir in 1 cup of chilled Watermelon Pucker.
  • Pour into 8 plastic soufflé cups, filling up to the top of each one.
  • Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • To make the green apple Jell-O, add the gelatin packet to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add 1 cup boiling water and whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in 1 cup of chilled Apple Pucker schnapps.
  • Pour into 8 plastic cups, filling up to the top. Chill overnight or for at least four hours.
  • To make the blue raspberry gelatin and other flavors, add each gelatin packet to a separate mixing bowl.
  • Pour in 1 cup boiling water on top and whisk until the gelatin is dissolved.
  • Stir in 1 cup chilled vodka. Pour the flavored gelatins into 8 plastic cups each.
  • Chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • ENJOY!!

COOKS NOTE Instead of using vodka for some of the flavored gelatins, you can mix with watermelon or Apple Pucker schnapps to have a more sour jello. Have fun mixing and combining flavors!
