Leftover Turkey Sandwiches
Leftover Turkey Sandwiches are a must make for holiday leftovers. Sliced turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, Swiss cheese and more. Or if you don't have leftover turkey, buy turkey deli meat to use. A fully loaded turkey sandwich recipe.

4 brioche buns ¼ cup mayo 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard ½ cup cranberry sauce room temperature 1 cup leftover stuffing warmed 4 slices Swiss cheese 1 lb thinly sliced deli turkey or leftover turkey Lettuce
Spread mayo on one side of each bun and Dijon mustard on the other.
Place a slice of cheese onto each bun.
Divide turkey between each bun.
Add your sandwiches open faced to the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on your air fryer size.
Cook the sandwiches on the air fry setting at 320F for 3-5 minutes, until warmed through and buns are slightly toasted.
Divide the cranberry sauce and stuffing between each sandwich and top with lettuce.
Serve immediately, enjoy!
