  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ⁄2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon lemon zest about 2 medium to large lemons
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Glaze Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare 9x4 loaf pan. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and/or line with parchment paper.

  • Once bread is completely cool drizzle the top with your glaze.
  • Serve.
