Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 Tablespoons butter- melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
Cheesecake Filling:
- 4- 8 oz packs of cream cheese-softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 15-20 peach slices
Cobbler Topping:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar- packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter- cold and cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup water
Peach Topping:
- 2 cans 15.25 oz. each peaches or you can use fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup brown sugar- packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoon cornstarch- dissolved in 2 Tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
