Use the flat end of a meat tenderizer, pound the pork chops until they are 1/4 inch thick.
In a medium sized bowl, or pie pan combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
in a a separate bowl or pie pan dump in the bread crumbs.
In a third bowl or pie dish, lightly beat the eggs.
Dredge the pork chops through the flour, eggs, and then breadcrumbs.
Heat about 1/2 an inch of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook 5 of the pork chops at a time for 3-5 minutes per side.
Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and repeat with the other half of the pork chops.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
