- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- ½ cup chili sauce
- 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 diced potatoes
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can 17 oz pinto bean
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 jalapeno peppers minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package kielbasa sausage sliced
In a large skillet over medium high heat brown the beef with the onion, until the beef is completely cooked.
Transfer the beef to the crockpot.
Add the rest of the ingredient cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Serve hot in bowl garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
