Crumble the beef by hand.
Place crumbled, uncooked beef into the air fryer basket, drizzle the olive oil on top then sprinkle taco seasoning all over the beef evenly.
Cook the beef at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Open the basket and use a spatula or wooden spoon to lightly toss the beef. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until browned completely through and no pink is left.
Remove the basket, place the meat in a small bowl and set aside.
Clean out the grease from the bottom of the airfryer then line the basket with parchment paper and begin to assemble your nachos.
Spread the tortilla chips over the parchment paper then sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
Add your cooked taco meat and black beans to the nachos and return to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle on diced tomatoes, green onions, black olives, sour cream and any other desired toppings.
Use the edges of the parchment paper to easily lift the nachos out of the basket and transfer to a plate.
Serve right away while hot!
