Ingredients

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ can of black beans drained (4 oz)
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese colby or cheddar
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • Optional Toppings: jalapenos lettuce, corn, salsa, pico de gallo, cilantro

Instructions

  • Crumble the beef by hand.
  • Place crumbled, uncooked beef into the air fryer basket, drizzle the olive oil on top then sprinkle taco seasoning all over the beef evenly.
  • Cook the beef at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Open the basket and use a spatula or wooden spoon to lightly toss the beef. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until browned completely through and no pink is left.
  • Remove the basket, place the meat in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Clean out the grease from the bottom of the airfryer then line the basket with parchment paper and begin to assemble your nachos.
  • Spread the tortilla chips over the parchment paper then sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
  • Add your cooked taco meat and black beans to the nachos and return to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle on diced tomatoes, green onions, black olives, sour cream and any other desired toppings.
  • Use the edges of the parchment paper to easily lift the nachos out of the basket and transfer to a plate.
  • Serve right away while hot!
