Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Lightly spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray

In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, water, oil and eggs until well combined

Spread evenly in baking dish

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

Remove from oven to wire rack to cool completely

In a small bowl, combine cherry gelatin and 1 cup boiling water, stir until completed dissolved

Stir in cold water until mixed well

Repeat in another bowl with the blue gelatin

Transfer to squeeze bottles to easily add jello to cake, or use a spoon

Make holes in cake and add jello, alternating with the flavors

Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours

When ready to serve, frost with whipped topping and decorate with strawberries

Store leftovers in refrigerator
