Antipasto Wreath

Antipasto Wreath is a Christmas shaped wreath that is an antipasto appetizer. Made with salami, mozzarella balls, olives, tomatoes and a balsamic glaze. A must make holiday appetizer.

Equipment

  • Wood or serving skewers (4-5”)
  • Serving tray or circular cutting board

Ingredients

  • Green olives
  • Black olives
  • Sliced hard salami
  • Mozzarella pearl balls
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Rosemary Sprigs for garnish
  • Thyme sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Slide ingredients onto each skewer. I added 2 slices of salami, 1 mozzarella pearl, 1 cherry tomato and 2 olives per skewer.
  • Arrange a layer of skewers into a circle on your serving tray or board.
  • Arrange a second layer on top of the first layer and garnish the edges with rosemary or thyme sprigs.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze across the top of the skewers before serving. Enjoy!
