Antipasto Wreath
Antipasto Wreath is a Christmas shaped wreath that is an antipasto appetizer. Made with salami, mozzarella balls, olives, tomatoes and a balsamic glaze. A must make holiday appetizer.

Green olives Black olives Sliced hard salami Mozzarella pearl balls Cherry tomatoes Balsamic glaze Rosemary Sprigs for garnish Thyme sprigs for garnish
Slide ingredients onto each skewer. I added 2 slices of salami, 1 mozzarella pearl, 1 cherry tomato and 2 olives per skewer.
Arrange a layer of skewers into a circle on your serving tray or board.
Arrange a second layer on top of the first layer and garnish the edges with rosemary or thyme sprigs.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze across the top of the skewers before serving. Enjoy!
