Tips for Making Antipasto Wreath
Fresh Ingredients
Make sure that when you go to make this antipasto wreath you use fresh and quality ingredients. The veggies need to be plump and ripe, fresh meat, etc.
Platter
I used a round platter since I am making a wreath. Feel free to use any type of serving tray you have and ensure it is large enough to hold all the items.
Layer Items
Layering the skewers is going to help add dimension and really allow for that attractive layered effect you are going for. So, just know you have to trust the process.
Snacks and Dipping Sauces on the Side
Feel free to have a variety of crackers and/or dipping sauces on the side of the serving tray. This allows guests to have more options to go with their antipasto bites. Crackers, crusty bread, and crunchy breadsticks are all great options.
Storing Leftovers
If you do not eat all your antipasto skewers, simply transfer them to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days. Then snack on them when you get a craving.
You will find since there are veggies and such used, this is a recipe that does not freeze well.
