Ingredients

  • 1 8 ct can refrigerated Pillsbury Grand biscuits
  • 1 large red apple cored and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons apple pie spice or ground cinnamon
  • cup melted butter
  • cup chopped pecans

  • Pull biscuits apart (you’ll end up with 16 biscuit rounds). Layer the biscuit rounds stacked horizontal in the bread pan.
  • Tuck the apples between each biscuit and spread any remaining mixture across the top of the biscuits along with the chopped pecans.
  • Bake in the oven, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are fully cooked through and the top of the loaf is golden brown. Drizzle the caramel sauce across the top.
  • Serve warm, enjoy!
