Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 8 slices bacon diced
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 14 ounce can chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 stick of butter salted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the macaroni according to package directions, drain and add 1/2 stick of butter to the hot pasta, set aside and keep warm.
  • In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon until crisp
  • Add ground beef and onions and cook together until beef is thoroughly cooked through.
  • Stir in chili powder and salt & pepper - cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes & stir until well combined.
  • Stir in cooked macaroni and shredded cheese and parmesan cheese as well.
  • Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
