In a large pot, cook the macaroni according to package directions, drain and add 1/2 stick of butter to the hot pasta, set aside and keep warm.
In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon until crisp
Add ground beef and onions and cook together until beef is thoroughly cooked through.
Stir in chili powder and salt & pepper - cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes & stir until well combined.
Stir in cooked macaroni and shredded cheese and parmesan cheese as well.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
