In a medium-size mixing bowl sift together all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set to the side
In another large mixing bowl add the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract and egg. Mix until combined.
Add half of the flour mixture to the butter mixture, Mix to combine.
Repeat.
Add oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place it in refrigerator for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a small ice cream scoop for the dough and roll it into balls.
Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place on a cookie rack & Allow to cool.
