Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 /2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 pounds small potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Add 1 stick of melted butter to a 9x13 baking pan
  • Cut the potatoes in half and score each potato with an x using a knife
  • In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and all seasonings- mix well.
  • Sprinkle most of the seasoning mixture onto the bottom of the pan with the melted butter. Reserving about 1 heaping tablespoon
  • Place potatoes cut side down into the pan right on top of the seasoning and cheese
  • Drizzle the tops of the potatoes with the olive oil and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon of seasoning.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
