Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are an oven baked perfect side dish with fluffy centers and a crispy outside, is a delicious worth the time side dish that everyone will love!
Ingredients
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 /2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 pounds small potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Add 1 stick of melted butter to a 9x13 baking pan
- Cut the potatoes in half and score each potato with an x using a knife
- In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and all seasonings- mix well.
- Sprinkle most of the seasoning mixture onto the bottom of the pan with the melted butter. Reserving about 1 heaping tablespoon
- Place potatoes cut side down into the pan right on top of the seasoning and cheese
- Drizzle the tops of the potatoes with the olive oil and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon of seasoning.
- Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
