Ghost Jello Shots

Ghost Jello Shots are a must make Halloween Jello shot recipe. These are a green apple and vodka jello shot shaped like a Halloween ghost. These are going to elevate your Halloween party this year to a whole new level of fun. You can also make them non-alcoholic for a kid friendly treat.

  • Ghost Silicone Jello Shot Mold

Ingredients

  • 3.94 ounce box green apple gelatin I used Sonic brand
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup vodka or cold water
  • Ghost mold I got mine from Amazon here https://amzn.to/3OsTilr
  • Black food coloring optional
  • Non-stick spray

Instructions

  • Place your silicone molds on a baking tray that is rimmed. Spray the ghost shaped molds with cooking spray and set to the side.
  • In a saucepan add 1 cup of water and bring to a full boil.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the jello. Mix up until all the jello is fully dissolved. This takes 1-2 minutes.
  • Next pour in the vodka and 1/2 cup cold water. Mix well to incorporate.
  • Pour into the molds an then refrigerate the jello shots for 3-4 hours or until the jello is fully set.
  • Once set, you will carefully pull the sides to release the ghost shaped jello shot.
  • Use a tiny paint brush and add on some food coloring for eyes and mouth.
  • Serve and enjoy.
