New England Lobster Rolls
Ingredients

chunk lobster meat
1/3
cup
mayonnaise

tbsp.
lemon juice
1
stalk celery
finely chopped

tsp.
parsley
chopped
1
tbsp.
scallions
chopped
salt and pepper to taste

tbsp.
salted butter
melted
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lobster meat and butter and stir to combine.
Add lobster meat and stir.
Brush a few split-top hot dog rolls with the melted butter and toast.
Scoop lobster filling into the toasted rolls and serve.
