Penuche Fudge
It’s the season to make all of the fudge recipes and Penuche Fudge is on the menu. Made with brown sugar, salt, evaporated milk and several other delicious ingredients, you can’t go wrong making it.

2 2/3 cups Brown sugar 2/3 cup Salted butter room temp 2/3 cup Evaporated milk 1 cup White chocolate chips 1 cup Marshmallow fluff 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Salt
Line a 9x9” baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a medium sized saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer until the temperature reaches 236°, about 20 minutes.
Once the temperature is reached, add in the white chocolate chips and mix until melted and smooth.
Once the white chocolate is melted, add in the marshmallow fluff and mix to combine. Add in vanilla and salt and mix to incorporate.
Transfer the fudge into the prepared baking dish. Let sit for 4 hours, until set. Once set, slice and serve.
