- 2 2/3 cups Brown sugar
- 2/3 cup Salted butter room temp
- 2/3 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
- 1 cup Marshmallow fluff
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a medium sized saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer until the temperature reaches 236°, about 20 minutes.
- Once the temperature is reached, add in the white chocolate chips and mix until melted and smooth.
- Once the white chocolate is melted, add in the marshmallow fluff and mix to combine. Add in vanilla and salt and mix to incorporate.
- Transfer the fudge into the prepared baking dish. Let sit for 4 hours, until set. Once set, slice and serve.
