Pumpkin Oreo Balls

Pumpkin Oreo Balls are a no bake treat that is made with cream cheese, crushed Oreo cookies, and dipped in orange candy melts, and garnished to mimic like a pumpkin. A festive fall Oreo truffle treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 34 finely crushed Oreo cookies
  • 12 oz bag orange candy melts
  • 17 Pretzel Sticks
  • Optional* Watermelon Airheads for leaves
  • Parchment paper and toothpicks

Instructions

  • In a food processor you will add your Oreo cookies and crush until they are a fine crumble.
  • Then you will add cookie crumbs and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix to combine making a creamy base.
  • Use a cookie scoop and make 24 truffles. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Use a toothpick to create indentations into the refrigerated truffles to resemble a pumpkin. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
  • Refrigerate the Oreo balls for 20 minutes.
  • With your Airhead candies cut the candy into small pieces and create leaves out of the candy. Then break the pretzel sticks in half.
  • Melt the candy melts as directed.
  • Use a fork to dip each Oreo ball in the melted candy melts. Shake off excess and place on a parchment lined tray.
  • Add the pretzel stick in the center of the top, and then on side by pretzel stem add the green leaf.
  • Let the truffles harden then serve or refrigerate.
