Pumpkin Oreo Balls are a no bake treat that is made with cream cheese, crushed Oreo cookies, and dipped in orange candy melts, and garnished to mimic like a pumpkin. A festive fall Oreo truffle treat.

Ingredients
1 8ozcream cheesesoftened to room temperature
34finely crushed Oreo cookies
12ozbag orange candy melts
17Pretzel Sticks
Optional* Watermelon Airheadsfor leaves
Parchment paper and toothpicks
Instructions
In a food processor you will add your Oreo cookies and crush until they are a fine crumble.
Then you will add cookie crumbs and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix to combine making a creamy base.
Use a cookie scoop and make 24 truffles. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use a toothpick to create indentations into the refrigerated truffles to resemble a pumpkin. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
Refrigerate the Oreo balls for 20 minutes.
With your Airhead candies cut the candy into small pieces and create leaves out of the candy. Then break the pretzel sticks in half.
Melt the candy melts as directed.
Use a fork to dip each Oreo ball in the melted candy melts. Shake off excess and place on a parchment lined tray.
Add the pretzel stick in the center of the top, and then on side by pretzel stem add the green leaf.
Let the truffles harden then serve or refrigerate.
