Place your chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Mix together your onion, cream of chicken soup, wing sauce and garlic salt.
Pour the mixture all over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Shred the chicken using 2 forks in the slow cooker.
Add in sour cream and the dressing.
Stir in shredded mozzarella until everything is combined.
Boil and drain your noodles.
Add cooked noodles to the slow cooker and stir gently to combine..
