Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
Serves-6
Cook time- 4-6 hours
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 10.5 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce I use Franks (use extra if you want more spice)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch OR bleu cheese dressing
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb pasta cooked
Instructions
- Place your chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Mix together your onion, cream of chicken soup, wing sauce and garlic salt.
- Pour the mixture all over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using 2 forks in the slow cooker.
- Add in sour cream and the dressing.
- Stir in shredded mozzarella until everything is combined.
- Boil and drain your noodles.
- Add cooked noodles to the slow cooker and stir gently to combine..
