1large onionsliced thin
½cupquick cooking oatmeal
1 1/3cupsbeef broth
11 ounce envelope beefy onion soup mix
1tablespoonworcheshire sauce
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonblack pepper
6slicesprovolone cheese

Instructions
In a skillet you will add your ground beef and thinly sliced onions in a skillet.
Cook over medium heat until the beef is cooked all the way through. Drain off grease.
Add the mixture to the slow cooker. Then add in the oats, broth, soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper. Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
About 15-20 minutes before serving add your cheese on top. Place lid back on and let it melt.
