Ingredients
4boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 ozpacket of ranch dressing mix
1 ozpacket of au jus gravy mix
½cupunsalted buttersliced into pats
8pepperoncini peppersplus more for serving
1cupwater
Instructions
Place the chicken into a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch and au jus seasoning packets over the top of the breasts.
Place the pats of butter on top of the chicken, along with the pepperoncini peppers
Pour the water around the chicken breasts.
Cover and cook on high for 3-5 hours, or low for 8 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through with an internal temperature of 165F.
Shred the chicken with a fork and serve warm over your favorite mashed potatoes with extra pepperoncinis, enjoy!
