In your slow cooker place your roast.
In a small bowl mix together your brown gravy mix, ranch mix, broth and water, stir to combine.
Pour all over the roast.
Next pour in half your jar of pepperoncini's with the juice.
Place your stick of butter of top of the roast.
Cover and let cook on low for 8 hours until tender.
Shred with 2 forks.
Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
