Slow Cooker Mississippi Pot Roast
- 1 (3-4 pound) chuck roast
- ½ (12 ounce) jar whole pepperoncini's with the juice
- 1 (1 ounce) packet brown gravy mix
- 1 (0.4 oz) package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 stick of butter
Cook Time- 8 hours
- In your slow cooker place your roast.
- In a small bowl mix together your brown gravy mix, ranch mix, broth and water, stir to combine.
- Pour all over the roast.
- Next pour in half your jar of pepperoncini's with the juice.
- Place your stick of butter of top of the roast.
- Cover and let cook on low for 8 hours until tender.
- Shred with 2 forks.
- Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes
