Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ - 4 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus seasoning
  • 10-12 pepperoncini peppers
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini pepper juice optional
  • ½ cup unsalted butter sliced into pats

Instructions

  • Carefully remove the sinew (thin membrane layer) from the back of the pork ribs and discard.
  • Rub the seasoning mix onto the front and back of your rack of ribs.
  • Slice the ribs into 2 or 3 sections and add ribs to the bottom of a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  • Place the pepperoncini peppers and butter pats on top of the ribs. Pour the pepper juice around the ribs, if using.
  • Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours, or until the pork ribs are fully cooked through and tender.
  • Serve immediately, enjoy!
