Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers!
Ingredients

lb.
lean ground beef
cooked
5
large green bell peppers
tops and seeds removed
1 1/2
cups
cooked white rice
1
24 oz. jar tomato sauce
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
medium white onion
diced finely
1/2
tsp.
sea salt
1/2
tsp.
garlic powder
1/2
tsp.
dried oregano
1/2
tsp.
dried thyme
Instructions
Cut the tops off of the peppers and throw away, clean out the inside as best as you can without breaking it.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, rice,1 cup of tomato sauce, diced onion, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme and stir.
Fill bell peppers with filling and place peppers into a slow cooker.
Pour remaining tomato sauce in the bottom of the slow cooker and a little on the top of each pepper, cover, and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.
