Southern Hummingbird Bundt Cake!

Ingredients

Makes 12 servings.

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 8 ounce can crushed pineapple with liquid
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 bananas chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl & add in the wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Mix in bananas and pecans.
  • Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour batter into the pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
