Strawberry Heaven On Earth Cake
Strawberry Heaven On Earth Cake is a fantasatic dessert for any occasion. Layers of fluffy angel food cake, plump strawberries, creamy pudding, and whipped cream all layered into a single dessert. Slice and serve up a heavenly cake this week.

Ingredients
- 1 3.4-ounce box of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cup milk cold
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 6-8 cups of angel food cake cubes 1 store-bought cake or box cake mix
- 1 21-ounce can of strawberry pie filling, divided
- 1 8-ounce container of whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Combine the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk in a large bowl and whisk until the pudding starts to thicken. Let the pudding rest for 2-3 minutes, then fold in the greek yogurt. Set aside.
- Fill the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with about half of the cubes of cake. Press them together as much as you can, filling in any gaps.
- Spoon 2 cups of the strawberry pie filling over the angel food cake, and spread it out carefully.
- Layer the remaining cake cubes over the strawberry filling, then spread the vanilla pudding evenly over the top.
- Finally, spread the whipped topping over the pudding, and spoon the remaining strawberry filling on top. Use a toothpick to swirl the filling, if desired.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator for at 6 hours, but overnight is best. Serve chilled.
