Combine the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk in a large bowl and whisk until the pudding starts to thicken. Let the pudding rest for 2-3 minutes, then fold in the greek yogurt. Set aside.
Fill the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with about half of the cubes of cake. Press them together as much as you can, filling in any gaps.
Spoon 2 cups of the strawberry pie filling over the angel food cake, and spread it out carefully.
Layer the remaining cake cubes over the strawberry filling, then spread the vanilla pudding evenly over the top.
Finally, spread the whipped topping over the pudding, and spoon the remaining strawberry filling on top. Use a toothpick to swirl the filling, if desired.
