Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a 13 x 9" baking dish.
Combine crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl and stir.
Press the crust into the prepared baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
Set aside and let cool.
Boil water and sprinkle in strawberry jello. Stir until dissolved.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the thawed whipped topping.
Spread filling over the cooled crust and place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
Remove from fridge and lay strawberries in an even layer over the filling.
Pour the jello mixture over the strawberries and chill in the fridge once again for at least 2 hours before serving.
